How to move to ELK 5 without losing indexes

Please suggest how to move to ELK 5 without losing the indexes and Kibana visualizations & dashboards of previous version.

From which version are you moving?

I am currently working on -

  1. Elasticsearch- 2.3.4
  2. Kibana- 4.5.1

Install the migration checker, make sure everything is ok, then do an upgrade per the docs.
You don't need to do much more :slight_smile:
