How to parse Mime x-wine-extension-ini files

Hello,

Has anyone had to deal with parsing a MIME type x-wine-extension-ini file?

I need to convert many of them to CSV or XML using AWS Athena.

I found that a Grok pattern could be helpful, but this is the first time I've faced this situation.
