How to point out kibana to multiple elasticsearch cluster

Hello team,
We have 5 different kibana cluster with 5 different URL. We need one kibana URL like
http://kibana.com/ and we need to change kibana URL like
http://kibana.com/cluster1
http://kibana.com/cluster2
http://kibana.com/cluster3

is this possible?

You will need to run something to handle that for you, as it's not something Kibana can do in that manner.
