How to reallocation shards in repurposed node

A data node was repurposed(to upgrade the node).
Then it was unable to reallocate shards yet. It has configured as a warm node.

I want to how to allocate shards to this node again?

Use the cluster allocation explain API to explain why shards aren't allocated as you expect.
