How to remove auto indexes in Kibana?

Help remove indexes

Hello @impkos,
What do you mean by auto indexes?

ILM history indices store the history of the events performed on ILM.
For the Filebeat or Heartbeat indices, those are there because you have those clients sending data to Elasticsearch and they're rotated using ILM rollover.

In order to remove them after a specific amount of time, you have to edit the ILM policy.

I need to remove them forcibly, without waiting for the use of ILM

You can delete them with the delete API or from the Kibana UI (index management), but always keep the latest index (the one with the higher counter) per index type.

Thank you so much !
