How to restore backup of linux in windows?

I have a backup of the Linux index and the ELK stack version is 7.2.0 and I want to restore that backup on Windows. Windows ELK stack version is 7.11.0. I don't know how to backup on different OS. Any way to backup on Windows OS.

You need a filesystem that can be access from both systems. Or, you need to copy the snapshot from the linux cluster to the windows one.
