How to separate logs from each server in kibana?

I have apache logs, syslogs and windows event logs in my logserver.
I need to view logs from each server separately.
Is it possible to create fields for each server ?

There should be a hostname field that'll do that.

Can we add a hostname as a field ? So that I can view it easily.
