How to set index.mapping.ignore_malformed to true, when using bulk api

Hi, I am experimenting with bulk api, and want to set "index.mapping.ignore_malformed": true for all new indexes created using bulk api.
What is the best way to set ignore_malformed to true when using bulk api.
