How to set plugins custom folder?

Hi,

I'm using ElasticSearch 6.3 and i'm trying to configure the plugin folder to use a custom location, while using path.plugins in the config file, but that doesn't work.

Am i doing something wrong?

The ability to change the plugins path was removed in ES 5.0 (see https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/pull/18594).
