Im curious about how to show exactly what querie excute in elasticsearch log ? I dont know config it .
Anybody know can help me please?

Example. i try use any command "curl" search any index i have. How to show it in elasticsearch log ?

You can reduce the slow log times to 0 so it logs everything, or use a proxy.
