How to specify Default Quote Analyzer

Is there a way to specify default quote analyzer on index level?

We can specify default index analyzer using analysis.analyzer.default. Similarly we can specify default search analyzer using analysis.analyzer.default_search. This is documented here https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/specify-analyzer.html

Is there a similar way to specify default quote analyzer on index level? I found ways to specify it in mapping properties or in query while searching. Couldn't find anything to specify it in index.

My apologies, I should have clarified that in my post.

Quote analyzer is used for queries with quotes (exact match or phrase queries). It is described at below link.
