Example Alerting

PUT _xpack/watcher/watch/mem__warning

And how to stop it without using code ?

Hi there, are you asking for a graphical user interface for stopping the alert, e.g. a button you can click? If so, then you'll be happy to hear that this is something we're currently working on: Watcher GUI.

The easiest solution is to use the Deactivate Watch API
