How to Upload Old logs (Which are deleted/missed)

Hello,

I am using an AWS ES, logstash, and Filebeat.
Recently we lost/missed the one-week data due to the logstash down.
Can someone suggest how to upload the old deleted/missed data.
Appreciate Your suggestions.
