My kibana version is 5.5
I have splited the slice by specific field, below is the result I got.
But I want all sets "/queries/xxxx" to be merged to new category like "get query", and rename the "/queries" to "post query", and finally only 4 categories show on the pie chart.(get query/post query/health/jobs)
You could use a scripted field to group ul_log_data.apg_request_path.keyword into your desired categories. Then use the scripted field in the visualization.
