I can not open Instructions from Elastic Certified Observability Engineer Practice Exam Lab

I started Elastic Certified Observability Engineer Practice Exam course.

And I open Lab window.

But I clicked Instructions Button in this window, "404 Not Found" was displayed.
I can not open Instuctions window.
I retried many times.
But every time "404 Not Found" was shown.

Hi @tagawa ,

do you have same error when you try to refresh ? The refresh button appears at bottom right of your screen.

If your environment paused you might need to open again in a fresh new tab/window.

After I refreshed, I pushed [Instructions] button.
But same error occurred.

I have the same issue. A textfile with instructions would have been enough..

Hi @DanHanson , have you tried to open the lab instructions on a new window?

If the environment is paused you get a new IP and need to open the lab instructions again with the new address.

The issue I'm having is kibana is showing as 404 not found, and its showing as not running in the terminal, but I cannot restart it

I'm also having the same issue. I can not open instructions. I'm also having an issue with logging into strigo. It keeps giving me the error that my username or password is incorrect. but I'm able to log into the account outside of the training. I also could not find a way to send you a direct message regarding this.

Hello @Andre_Murbach_Maidl, I am also encountering the 404 error when attempting to access the lab instructions tab. My Kibana tabs work fine. I have sent an email to training@elastic.co but the issue has not been resolved. I am registered for the Elasticsearch Engineer course, and it has been three days since I've had this issue.

We apologize for the issue, we recently had an bug affecting all our courses.

This currently being fixed. Please send an email to training@elastic.co mentioning the course and the email you used to register. That way we can recreate a lab for you.

Hi @Romain_Geffraye and @Andre_Murbach_Maidl

I’m also experiencing the same 404 error when trying to access the labs for the Elasticsearch Engineer (On-Demand) course. The issue has persisted for about five days now.

I’ve sent an email as suggested and have only received an automated response so far.

I hope this issue gets resolved soon.
