Course: Elasticsearch Engineer (On-Demand)

Hello!
I'm doing the Elasticseach Engineer on-demand course.
I have on module 5 lesson 1 and my lab is broken, I can't access to Kibana1 or Kibana2, and the time for practice is running out with research and try time and time again.
I see: " 404 not found / openresty". When I insists reloading and reconnecting, using other web browser, reloging, deleling cache/data from app.strigo.io, etc. then I see: "Elastic did not load properly.
Please reload this page. If the issue persists, check the browser console and server logs. Reload". Then 404 again.
Rarely I can login on one Kibana from my lab, but then Kibana give me other errors.
I have done a "labctl reset" without success, restart workspace machines several times, tested with Chrome and Firefox (last versions), private session, delete cookies and site data in app.strigo.io, etc. Nothing works.
Please, could someone reset my lab machines for continue with the course?
It doesn't matter I lost my data, I want to continue with the course, and the "labctl reset" have deleted already my indexes. I would charge again the "blogs" index and others from past exercises that I need.
