Thanks Tortoise. I tried some of the commands from the linked discussion however I'm not sure if it applies to my particular situation. My docker ps shows every node as healthy (see below).

I've tried restarting the workspace machines and it did not change anything. I am able to access both Kibana environments, just not able to access any lab instructions.

Hello, same issues, completly blocks the lab part of the course...

By clicking on the arrow to open in a different tab, this is the address that shows-up: d031db537718e42ca7681aa7-685eb78fd0564ced002d4dda .rp .strigo .io /instructions/index.html? _strigo_rpid=d031db537718e42ca7681aa7-685eb78fd0564ced002d4dda
Is it possible the ressource is missing?

Having the exact same problem for labs part in EE - On Demand training. Astonishingly, the portals used for the training earlier (probably back in 2020-22) were much more resilient and reliable. Strigo and the one before this have failed miserably for training purposes and there is always some or the other problem in accessing resources (right from logging in to hands-on).

Ok, so if the issue can't be fixed quickly, can we get the PDF for the first few labs? the first ones are pretty basic this shouln't be an issue. On top of that as the access is timed I'd really like to progress quickly.

Having the same issue here, for Elasticsearch Observability Engineer (On-Demand). I can access workspace machines and Kibana, but not the lab instructions.. (404 Not Found error)

I have the same issue, I can't do the course. I restart several times the virtual machines, but I think the problem is the virtual machine was not created rigth.

I also have the same problem. It seems like the nginx service is not charging properly.

I am also having this issue with the Lab instructions tab. My major concern is that I have limited time to complete the labs and courses, and this is stalling my progress.

I agree with you. Getting a PDF while this issue is resolved would help a great deal

Hey, I didn't want to open my own thread about this, so I'm posting it here... I have the same problem.

Hello,

As per below link seems the issue is fixed & if it still persist please follow the instructions provided :

Thanks!!

Hi, thanks for the update. After exchange with the training team and a "reset", there are still no changes... 404 Not Found.

Best

It seems they've fixed the issue, at least it's finally working in my environment. If it's still not working for you, try requesting another reset from support.
