I cant Add index in my kibana

I install new version of kibana and Elasticsearch (8.2.0)
in my kibana dashboard I cant add new index

This used to be done via Index patterns APIs | Kibana Guide [8.2] | Elastic, but as per that page you need to use Data Views instead.
