I can't draw with color red the negative bars in kibana vertical bar visualization

One question, is there any solution to draw the negative bar with red colour and positive bars with green colur in kibana vertical bar visualization?

i'm afraid this is not possible right now in the vertical bar visualization. You can achieve it in the Visual Builder visualization, which can show bars as well, but will only show it with a Date Histogram on the X axis.

There is a similar open issue for it, don't know when it will be added to the immediate roadmap.
