This configuration can be done via the filebeat Office 365 module Office 365 module | Filebeat Reference [8.8] | Elastic or via the Elastic Agent integration https: //docs.elastic.co/en/integrations/o365.

I recommend taking a look at the configuration examples and the requirements to enable sending and receiving this data.
