I paid 2400 USD for a PDF training. The lab opened once and It does not work any more

I don't recommend any On Demand courses from ElasticTraining.

I see this thread showed up in the Education internal channel as well, I suspect someone will reach out to you to address. It is the weekend so it may take until Monday.

It has been a while since I have taken the training if there was any contact information when you signed up I would also contact and explain the issue there.
