I wan't to use Candlestick plot to create the stock dashboard but i found there is not such plot in kibana so can you suggest anything in replacement of Candlestick or if it's possible to draw a Candlestick then how can i draw, please suggest

You are right, there is no Candlestick plot in Kibana at the moment.
You can use Vega in this case, by following this example Candlestick Chart | Vega-Lite and this guide Vega | Kibana Guide [8.8] | Elastic
