IAM role ARN on AWS Destination

Hi all.
I have Elasticsearch on AWS and I setup a destination for the alerting to go to AWS SNS.
In the configuration it asks 2 settings:

SNS Topic ARN and it's should be ok but also it asks about

IAM role ARN which I put my IAM ARN. Now it seems to be not working and I guess it's the AWS Role but not sure what I need to create on AWS for this.
Any clue
