IBM\WebSphere was unexpected at this time

elk newbie here, trying to follow the logstash guide for version 7.3.0.
when running the command as in guide "bin\logstash -e 'input { stdin { } } output { stdout {} }'" I get the below error.

"IBM\WebSphere was unexpected at this time". Screen shot below.

Also I tried running using a confi, getting same error.

I did not find any resolution for this error reported by others in this forum.

This is resolved by updating all references to C:\Program Files (x86) with C:\Progra~2 in windows7 in classpath and path in System Environment variables.
