ILM not working node does not match index setting [index.routing.allocation.require] filters [data:\"warm\"]

Hello
i've setup an ILM but i noticed that indeces never leave the warm state, by checking
_cluster/allocation/

i get this message
node does not match index setting [index.routing.allocation.require] filters [data:\"warm\"]

now, i've only 1 Elastic node, where i did not set any role in the elasticsearch.yml.

how can i solve this?
