Incorrect swap stats on Windows server

Hi all,

Do you know where ES grab swap stats on Windows server nodes. It looks like the stats do not match what I set on my Windows servers
A GET _nodes/stats/os shows

"swap": {
          "total_in_bytes": 23524130816,
          "free_in_bytes": 9592549376,
          "used_in_bytes": 13931581440
        }

The paging file on Windows server was set to 512MB on C drive and zero on other drives. Where did ES pull the number 23524130816 from?
