Index not appearing at all

Hi,

After a recent deployment, all of our index disappeared. Although looks
like the files are still there. I suspect it's because some changes i made,
in the new deployment, the previous master nodes are no longer masters and
cluster index info is lost.

How could I get back my indexes?

ES should recover them (as dangling indices
http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/modules-gateway-local.html#_dangling_indices),
what do your logs show?
