Index patterns changed their id and scripted fields disappeared

We had logstash to send data continuously to elasticsearch. After we stopped the service, we noticed that all our visualizations showed "Could not locate that index-pattern" and scripted fields were gone, but not the index pattern. However, we noticed that the index pattern had another id.

Is there any way to recover the old index pattern id?
