I was having circuit breaking errors, so i added indices.fielddata.cache.size 40% and restarted elastic search, now the index shows empty (108b for each of the 5 shards), and can do any queries, the data files are there, how do i rebuild index with data files? Thanks in advance!

What does your ES logs show? You don't have two nodes running do you>
