Indexing 100GB of Dataa

Hello,

We are trying to index having 83,286,866 documents. It takes around 3 days to index.
This is the first time we are creating the indexes.

Configuration:
Elasticsearch 7.10
Windows Server 2016
Heap Size 16Gb
RAM 64 GB
CPU 16 core
Shards 5
Node 1
Once indexed, the size of index is around 110GB.

Can you please let me know if this config are the timings ok? Obviously, in a prod environment we can run something for 3 days, can you please suggest how can we improve the timings?
