Indexing multiple websites and different search results page

Hi,
We have several websites that’s currently using Google Sitesearch or does not have a search functionality.

What we want to do is to be able to demonstrate a centralised search engine to index multiple websites(different domains) and have a search results page that can be inserted to each website.

Is this possible with the Elastic 5.2.2?
