Init.d for ubuntu 12.04 (64 bit)

Hi all -

We're tying to use the deb for 0.19.8 and the provided init.d script bombs
but just says [fail] but nothing more.

There isn't anything logged at all :-/

When I run/start elastic search from the installation location's bin
directory, it starts just fine.

Any suggestions?

Issue was elasticsearch.yml being set down by chef had crappy permissions.
Boosted to 0644 and all is well.
