Install kibana plugin without optimizing step?

Hi,

When I am installing a plugin via kibana-plugin install xy kibana starts the optimizing process directly after installation, which takes a lot of time.

I need to install multiple plugins. So my question is, is it possible to first install all plugins and SKIP the optimizing step and to trigger the optimizing process only once after or with the installation of the last plugin?

This would safe a lot of time.

You could place the plugins in /plugins and the optimize process run on startup.

Were working to remove the need for optimize in production altogether, so this should be improved in the future.

this would be a welcome feature - i.e. to skip optimization completely during install. Any ideas on ballpark ETA on release of this feature?
