Integration of Elastic with ServiceNow

Hi

I have a requirement where I am supposed to integrate Elastic with servicenow instance. I am trying out in my own Personal instance. I was able to successfully install the plugin and able to get the page where we are suppose to enter Elasticsearch API base URL, link url, username, password,max rows, earliest result.

Is their a way we can do it in our own personal instance?
