Is it ok to have a more then one tie breaker node for less then couple of hours

We like to add 2nd tie breaker node along with our existing tiebreaker node. Once the new tie breaker node start working then like to decommission the existing tiebreaker node.
For some time less the couple of hours it is ok to have 2 tie breaker nodes.
