Is there a long-term road map for Helm 3 support?

Is there a long-term road map for Helm 3 support? The official Elasticsearch and Kibana charts work well with Helm 3, but that is not the case with the official Logstash chart.

Indeed while we don't support and test Helm 3 yet, most of our charts seem already compatible.

There is a PR-512 in progress to make Logstash chart compatible, however we currently have some strange issues with Logstash 6.x tests.
