how to remove or hide the black "Elastic" bar in the header ?

Hi @quan_w. It is not currently possible to remove this bar. With a subscription, you can configure Kibana to add a custom bar above the "Elastic" bar.

We have an open issue to allow additional customization in Kibana. However, this is still in development.
