Is there any painless console to use

I am using Kibana 7.2.0. and I cannot find Painless Playground in DevTools. I think it is undess X-Pack? Is there a way to activate it? or an online console to get familier with Painless? or standalone tool for it?

In 7.7 Painless lab was introduced in Kibana Dev tools, you need at least Basic license to use it.
