Issue while starting Logstash 6.0 on windows 10

I am getting below error which starting logstash agent on window 10 , can someone please help here .

Its 1.8

Can someone please guide here
As i am not understanding issue here , i tried with checking Java Home path , version etc .

My Other services for elastic and Kibana runs well and able to access them as well
