Java version paid/free

is java provided by elasticsearch falls in to paid product or free version?

/usr/share/elasticsearch/jdk/bin/java

The java bundled with Elasticsearch is OpenJDK, specifically https://adoptopenjdk.net

It is not paid java , The Oracle Java is the paid one, in our case it is openJDK
you can get more details of the type of java by giving
java --version
joseph@joseph-Inspiron-5570:~$ java --version
openjdk 11.0.5 2019-10-15
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 11.0.5+10-post-Ubuntu-0ubuntu1.1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 11.0.5+10-post-Ubuntu-0ubuntu1.1, mixed mode, sharing)

that is great then. as elk is on java version 13

/usr/share/elasticsearch/jdk/bin/java -version
openjdk version "13.0.1" 2019-10-15
OpenJDK Runtime Environment AdoptOpenJDK (build 13.0.1+9)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM AdoptOpenJDK (build 13.0.1+9, mixed mode, sharing)
