just pushed geo distance facet support (
http://github.com/elasticsearch/elasticsearch/issues/286). It basically
allows to create a facet with a set of range distances and a location, and
get both the number of "hits" that fall within the distance and some
aggregated data per range. Think of it as "range" geo heat map.
