Kibana and Ubuntu server

Hello
I downloaded and installed "Kibana" on Ubuntu server by below commands:

$ wget https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/kibana/kibana-6.5.1-amd64.deb
$ sudo dpkg -i kibana-6.5.1-amd64.deb

My firewall rules are:

$ sudo ufw status
Status: active

Kibana is active:

$ sudo systemctl status kibana
● kibana.service - Kibana
   Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/kibana.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)
   Active: active (running) since Tue 2018-12-04 01:00:02 PST; 46min ago

But when I browse "IP:5601" then I can't see Kibana. How can I solve it?

Thank you.

What do you get if you run curl http://localhost:5601/app/kibana?

$ curl http://localhost:5601/app/kibana?
Kibana server is not ready yet

And config is:

$ cat /etc/kibana/kibana.yml
# Kibana is served by a back end server. This setting specifies the port to use.
server.port: 5601

# Specifies the address to which the Kibana server will bind. IP addresses and host names are both valid values.
# The default is 'localhost', which usually means remote machines will not be able to connect.
# To allow connections from remote users, set this parameter to a non-loopback address.
#server.host: "localhost"

# This setting cannot end in a slash.
#server.basePath: ""

# Specifies whether Kibana should rewrite requests that are prefixed with
# `server.basePath` or require that they are rewritten by your reverse proxy.
