Kibana cannot reach the Elastic Package Registry, which provides Elastic Agent integrations

ever since I using configure own Elastic Package Registry

I got issue relate to add integration from Agent policy

I'am tries configure kibana.yml

xpack.fleet.registryUrl: "http://10.0.xx.xx:8080"

And log format error:
