Kibana Clone Rule/Alert

Hi All,

Is it possible to clone a rule under Stack Management -> Rules? Currently on 7.17.0, but don't seem to see any option for cloning an existing rule. Would be very helpful in reducing the time it takes to build similar rules, as well as reduce change of error.

we don’t have such a thing, directly. You should be able to export, then re-import and specify to use different IDs. You can also “script” them with curl . Please open an enhancement request in Kibana . We could take this up later.
