Kibana dashboard tab redirects to 'create new dashboard'

Hi,

Everytime I click on dashboard tab, I want to show the list of available dashboards.

Instead, the very first time I click on dashboard tab in kibana, it shows the page for creating a new dashboard. As you can see in the image below:

If I click again on dashboard tab, I see the list of available dashboards.

How to solve this?

What version of Kibana are you running? Does the dashboard is empty screen display even when you have Dashboards? Are you using Kibana spaces?

kibana 7.2.0
Yes, 'dashboard is empty' screen displays even when I have dashboards.
I use spaces, expecially this happens after I swiched space and I go on dashboards for the first time
