Selecting a dashboard links to a blank screen

Hello,

Selecting a dashboard in Kibana leads to a blank screen. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Can you check the browser console for any errors? Also, which version of Kibana are you running?

I'm working with a customers system so I don't have direct access. I will post a screenshot when I get it.

Version is 7.4.0
