sometimes, when I open kibana, it prompt message "kibana did not load properly. check the server output for more information" but it does not appear every time. Usually when I press F5 or refresh in chrome the prompt message disappear, I don't know why?
Did you look at the Kibana logs?
I don't know where to find logs.
