Kibana Error after x-pak "plugin:xpack_main@5.6.6","error"

Hi,
I installed x-pack and started kibana.
However it says, below error in Kibana

"plugin:xpack_main@5.6.6","error"],"pid":126601,"state":"red","message":"Status changed from yellow to red - Service Unavailable","prevState":"yellow","prevMsg":"Waiting for Elasticsearch"

and same error for other plugins.
Kibana doesnt start.

Is your elasticsearch up and running? what do elasticsearch logs say?
Do http://:9200 in your browser to check if es is up.
