Kibana Integration AWS SQS Error message

Hi Team,
I set up integration of AWS in Kibana with Elastic Agent to collect VPC flow logs from S3 via SQS queue URL. I got this error message:

sqs ReceiveMessage failed: operation error SQS: ReceiveMessage, https response error StatusCode: 403, RequestID: f668c1ae-be93-5c3c-bb47-9ef38f8c3f39, api error InvalidClientTokenId: The security token included in the request is invalid

I have confirmed my access ID and acces key are correct. My IAM account has full access right. What else should I check. Thanks!
