Kibana is not getting connected to elastic search

We are not bale to open up the kibana portal due to the probable socket timed out error while reaching the Elasticsearch. Recently we have made a change to disable the xpack-security in the Elasticsearch. Please be informed that the current version of ELK is trial version and Elasticsearch is hosted in cluster configuration.
